Catalina Tournament

The Catalina Tournament had a LOT of teams attending... 15? 17? Let's skip right to the best part... we came in 5th overall! Here are 5 of our 6 wrestlers who placed/won medals, and two very pleased coaches:

Now, how did we get this far? It took a fairly aggressive vacation practice schedule, some really hard work by all the wrestlers, and as always, the support of friends and family.

It also just so happened that Saturday night was the Sabino Semi-formal... after a long hard tournament, at least one member of our team dressed up to go out!
