2009-2010 VACATION PRACTICE Schedule

Practice will be held almost every day during winter break. If you MUST miss a practice, be sure to check with Coach Willingham IN ADVANCE and IN PRIVATE. This policy is for the safety and well-being of all wrestlers. It is a very physically demanding sport, and we want all our team members to remain in strong physical condition. This can only happen if everyone shows up and works together.
